ICICI Bank — Overtime work

As per the labour law the work should not exceed not more than 8 hours a day. But the ICICI Bank makes its employees to work for more than 10 hours a day without paying any overtime pay. This is the not only organisation who exploits the human work. There are other organisations doing the same. I request the concern department of government to take action against it and make stringent laws to stop this exploitation.
