[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Partnering with Provogue to cheat ICICI customers | |||
I ordered a Provogue watch as part of an ICICI mobile banking offer. I have made the payment on Provogue.com website through Citrus gateway and when I contacted them, they replied saying that the payment was successful and my money is with Provogue.com website right now. But, for the past 5 days, my order status is showing up as pending. When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. There is no reply for the numerous emails I sent. No reply on the posts on their FB page. No reply for the tweets. Highly pathetic customer service. ICICI should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating their own customers. First bad experience with ICICI in the past 7 years. I saw similar posts on Provogue FB page and I feel that Provogue.com is cheating online buyers on a large scale. High time this scam is stopped. Was this information helpful? | |||

The same thing happened with me. I ordered a Provogue watch going by the Advertisement i received from my ICICI bank. Now the Provogue Tracking number[protected] is still showing processing where its been more than a week. All my emails to [protected]@provogue.com goes unresponded, No official helpline number of provogue works. I just dont get it. I did not order thinking of provogue. I ordered for the brand value of my bank. I dont get it why does a reputed bank like ICICI has to deal with a scam website shopping provogue. Please help me out of this situation. I have paid through my netbanking for this transaction.
Same thing happened to me too.I have ordered 2 watches through the same offer but neither received the watches nor any reply for my emails from corresponding brands(Provogue /ICICI).I am very much frustrated by this...and I will never believe on any offer from ICICI Bank hence forth.

This is one of the ridiculous online service i have come across.with reference to my order number :[protected] which was made on 8th October 2014 has been dispatched to wrong shipment address.I received a call from Javas courier boy name Kiran which is located at HUBLI.Why did my shipment reach to Hubli even though my shipment address was clearly mentioned..If provogue is incapable of delivering the order, i need a refund of my payment made. its been 22 days since my order made.

I also get cheated ..., Provogue wallet offer from ICICI, paid 299, No other contact s from Provogue, Not attending phone calls, No reply to support queries. Directly wrote to ICICI, As ussual they promissed ICICI will take care it withing 7 days. But no further mail or call from ICICI. Provogue closed my request.

I have applied for the ICICI Credit card which is linked up with Provogue wrist watch. Not sure whether I am fortunate or not. I did not made any payment with the provogue for 299 wrist watch offer. When I log in to the Provogue website I am able to select the watch and there is no further proceedings for the payment. I am confused looking at the above comments whether should I go for a request to make a payment of 299 or just ignore it.
Could your i.e., Either ICICI bank or Provogue please take the ownership. If not I would request ICICI bank to at least remove the advertising of provogue watch and stop fooling ICICI loyal customers.
