It seems there is a serious lapse in the standard of service in this issue. When I received the credit card I tried to get this watch, but there is no option to pay thru Amex/Icici credit card. When I tried other similar websites I could not go any further after clicking submit. : : KiranB

I just got the ICICI bank credit card and was about to order the watch from Provogue site. Fortunately I just gone thru this and now I am not going to order it and will scrap the card. Cheating from both ICICI and Provogue is really shameful.

Hello, even i am about to place a order ; looking you guys had a big suffering from such a fake even of ICICI being a leading banking ; It really make me surprised that why such a bank is having partnering with such companies. Anyhow, I woun't go for order as i got voucher for my CC.

as everyone even i have .i placed an order for provogue watch and paid 299.00 the watch i received is worst as any road side/foot path product, the box is worst than a biscuit box, and coming to watch the moment i tried using it, the loop has come out open, the watch looks so cheap not even worth of 100.00 on the name of a gift or promotional offer they are actually earning by selling such watch for 299.00 ...icici should have shame to do such things...if they want to offer anything they should be genuine or they should not offer anything...but they are purely doing business like this...selling the watch worth 100.00 of for 299.00 and making money...shame on you icici bank.

I have ordered 2 watch through ICICI bank. I got one only & other one still not received. I sent so many mails but no replay even trying to reach on the customer care number but no one is answering.

Also, the watch have received, that is not in good quality. Have sent a mail to them saying that wants to return this watch & wants to know about the refund policy but no reply till yet. Provogue company is cheating their customers. Also, sent a mail to [protected]@provogue.com but no response from their side.

Wants to say, very pathetic service providing ICICI bank & Provogue. Requesting all the customers to not buy anything from provogue. The quality is very bad.

I want my money back, please do let me know to whom i can reach for the same.

First i would like to thanks every one who share there experience so at least it will give caution to others.

Yes, i am also one victim of this scam, i put order 10 days back and try to contact them but no reply from provegue in any manner i.e phone, mail, twit, face book.

i guess this is big scam by provegue and icici.

We should stop this cheating business. Please post your experience where ever it is possible so others can save their valuable time and money.

I ordered a Provogue watch as part of an ICICI mobile banking offer on 06 Jun 2015. I have made the payment on Provogue.com website and money got deducted successfully. My order status is showing up as complete but still I don't received the watch yet. How come status got completed and updated as shipped without delivered the item. When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call.Highly pathetic customer service. ICICI should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating their own customers. First bad experience with ICICI . I saw similar posts on Provogue FB page and I feel that Provogue.com is cheating online buyers on a large scale. High time this scam is stopped.

I ordered this watch too. And what I realized is this watch is totally fake and damaged as well. This watch does not even worth of 50rs. How can they say that it costs 2500. This breaks the trust of customers towards Icici bank. You will have to take some serious steps or i will lodge an complaint against you.

ICICI and Provogue are cheating the customers.


I and my colleague tried with all numbers, but no customer care executive picked up the call.
We are struggling for replacement of the product as these were defective. Very bad experience we have.

Order Number[protected] I have not received my order till now. I have constantly asked gojavas team for my order. Every time they told me it will be delivered within a few days. Then they said that they have lost it and talk to Provogue. They said we have informed provogue. i Didnt get any reply from Provogue's side so i asked ICICI Bank they gave me another of provogue email id but i am not getting reply from Provogue's side. This is very bad and really frustrating, They should either refund my money or give me my item.

I received message on 6th july 2015 morning saying that I will receive my order item today but no one from gojavas courier has called me for the delivery and in night the message came to me saying the item has been delivered. but I have not received any shipment.
icici bank should stop fooling the customers with this kind of order and should refund the 300 rupees received for it otherwise no one will trust the bank.

PLEASE dont order this watch! Its a CHEAP quality watch, which has gone unsold may be even on street n footpaths. Hence provogue has tied up with ICICI to promote this WORST WATCH!
Dont waste your precious money and REGRET later.
ICICI have gone down this level partnering with provogue promoting this cheap products and losing their reputation! Dont trust this bank for such offers anymore.

I was also cheated the same way. Ordered the watch but got a vague provogue watch. 2nd day itself the key(for setting of time) came out of it on its own. print is of third grade. I felt cheated and icici's image maligned with these kind of schemes.
