[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Partnering with Provogue to cheat ICICI customers

I ordered a Provogue watch as part of an ICICI mobile banking offer. I have made the payment on Provogue.com website through Citrus gateway and when I contacted them, they replied saying that the payment was successful and my money is with Provogue.com website right now. But, for the past 5 days, my order status is showing up as pending. When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. There is no reply for the numerous emails I sent. No reply on the posts on their FB page. No reply for the tweets. Highly pathetic customer service. ICICI should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating their own customers. First bad experience with ICICI in the past 7 years. I saw similar posts on Provogue FB page and I feel that Provogue.com is cheating online buyers on a large scale. High time this scam is stopped.

i have recd. a coupon of provogue watch with my icici credit card but i am unable to redeem as when i have go for the same as instructed no response at site page.pls. help to redeem.
Same thing happened to me too. I placed an order on[protected]. Still I didn't received.

My order status is showing up as complete but still I don't received the watch yet. How come status got completed and updated as shipped without delivered the item. When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call.Highly pathetic customer service. ICICI should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating their own customers.
. And location/ address what I gave while placing this order doesn’t match the location when i tracked the order it is showing delivered and that too different location. It’s been approximately 2 months since I am waiting for this watch still not delivered. This is not at all accepted.Please check this on priority.

I am a new customer to ICICI bank (though have used the NRI services for years) and am in the process of ordering a watch that I have been offered.The offer is a free provogue watch after you complete your first transaction over iMobile.
I have to say it is causing hardships at each and every step of claiming the watch., from the beginning.

Firstly, according to the website, "Promo code will be sent to your secured mailbox within 30 days". When I contacted customer care, the representative gave me the promo code after verifying if I had completed my first transaction.
However, when I enter the promo code and click on the "Select your watch", nothing happens. I have tried multiple times on two different browsers. Thats when I suspected something and started googling ...and no surprise, this link to consumer complaints showed up in the results. In a way, its a good thing that not a few, but almost 40-50 people have had the same kind of issue (actually scammed) by Provogue and ICICI since a year.

I would strongly suggest we get together and take this to the next level. How can these so called lakh-crore businesses take common people for a ride? They think that individual public do not have any powers while they extract money and cheat us. Please respond if you would be interested in joining to persue further action.

My Credit card application Wrongly mentioned my address and till now i havent recieved mycredit card please help its urgent my application no is [protected]
My Order no is[protected] and it is more than 1 month order status is 'PROCESSING' - Order date is 25th May 2016. Provogue customer care no does not work / no answer. Even complaints on Provogue portal are not responded.
Provogue is a cheater company never buy anything from Provogue, Product which i attached it wont cost even 500 also
