PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE... I have called ICICI customer care service yesterday & waited for almost 30 mins to get a response from them. I made call day before yesterday also to esquire about my credit card application status, customer care representative attended the call & informed me that " Sir, This is not a high priority request, please call us tomorrow morning, we will provide you the details." My question is, how can a customer care representative can prioritize the calls into urgent & non-urgent categories????. I am fed up with these people & I am planning to cancel my salary account...
