ICICI Bank — pathetic service: amount is deducted from account | |||
I I am trying to transfer the 15000 amount through internet banking on 1 April 2019. While processing it gives error message that the system has some issue so not able to transact. The amount is deducted from my account but not deposited to other account. Immediately I call to customer care, she told me that, because of year ending system is down, she can’t help. She asked me to call on next day. I am trying to connect to costumer care but after 15 minutes of recorded message call get disconnected. I want my money back ASAP. I have privilege account in the bank but still I didn’t get good service.
