ICICI Bank — Pathetic Service for Savings Accounts and Loan Accounts | |||||
I am so disappointed with ICICI, I applied for a personal loan which they promised to give in 3 working days and its 10 working days and I still havent got the amount in my account. Everyday a new person came and took my documents/ signatures etc and now if I contact customer care or those people who collected my documents all are playing the blame game and are not able to help me out with the status of my loan request. I am very disappointed with ICICI services and I will never recommend anyone to use this bank. Was this information helpful? | |||||
