[Resolved] ICICI Bank — pathetic service on fastag issuance | |||
My name is amber dixit and i am an account holder in icici bank since long. But now i am writing this complaint with full of dissatisfaction in heart that icici team is just cheating with customers... I have applied a fast tag on 17th of january 2020 via imobile app and i have been deducted by 500 at the same time. But today is 6th feb and there is no update/clue for my fast tag.. Customer care number is so pathetic as always there is a long queue of waiting and when call gets through the team sitting out there is only one foolish reply that there system is in under updation... How can a system get updated for long 20 days... It is really a pathetic customer service... Fast tag id which has been provided by bank to me is 12217749 and my registered mobile number is [protected]... I need my fast tag to be deliver at my address now well in two days else i will go to consumer court and also switch all of my accounts from your bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
