[Resolved] ICICI Bank — payback charges | |
Today I have received email from ICICI saying, "if my payback account is inactive for 24 months, then they will charge me a penalty". First, they created payback account without asking me. Provided payback reward points. But I'm do have other important work, so did not get time to look into it. How can ICICI charge for payback account if it is inactive?
