Dear Sir/Madam,
I had swapped my IcIcI debit card at hotel in Dombivli on 24th of October 2022, but the transaction failed and my account debited for Rs 780\-,
I had to pay in cash at the vendor.
I had complained regarding this to icici customer care via phone and email.
still no response from icici.
Kindly help resolve this issue.
