I had make payment at restaurant and I used imoble pay app from icici which I do regularly. This time billed amount deducted twice with sheer bugs in app where in first attempt I got the acknowledgement as not successful and same with second and still same amount deducted twice.
When I called bank, they said second transaction is in process and they don't know if I will get return. For such services, ideally ICICI should compensate for hassle to customer but I just expect my money to be returned. Was this information helpful? |
