ICICI Bank — Payment not converted in emi | |||
Dear Sir, My self Devender Singh using ICICI credit card more then 10 years. I pay my all bill payments on time. But this time I pay Manipal University fee in march of Rs.60157/= with choosing the 12 EMI option. It was paid without showing any problem. Before this payment I had also paid for mobile purchase with the same EMI option and it was converted without any problems. But in this 60157/= payment it was not converted in to EMI. I talk many times to customer care to resolve the issue by converting it in 12 EMI and take the interest and service charges back. It passed one month and now one customer care executive told that it cannot be resolved and I have to pay it at once. I request you to please resolve the issue. You please check my previous payment records. Also please check my calls related to resolving this issue. It passed almost one and half month I'm talking your customer care for the same issue.
