I had made a payment of 46000 for an outstanding amount on my credit card from my SBI account. This was done through phonepe app and 1 rs was taken as their platform fee and hence a transaction of 46001 was made on 4th May 2023.
This transaction is showing success in Phonepe account and the phonepe team has also confirmed that payment has been made. But still the same is not being reflected in my credit card.
It is more than 20 days now and no action has been taken both by Phonepe and ICICI bank. While Phonepe has just claimed that they cannot do anything about it and has asked me to contact the bank with a reference ID, The bank has generated a service request which is open for some time now and no progress has been made on their end.
