ICICI Bank — payment not received after recharge failure | |||
This incident happened on 14th Nov. I tried a recharge through Jio.com on one of my Jio number. Eventually, the recharge did not went through but the amount got debited from my account. I thought that the amount would be automatically credited to my account. After five days, when I did not received the amount, I lodged a complaint to icici bank customer care. They took my complaint and as a resolution of that, instead of reverting the amount to my account, they credited the amount to JIO UPI account. I have been contacting them from last 15 days to get my money back but nothing has been done by them. Name: Lokesh Sahu Ac No.[protected] They are saying that the IMPS transaction is done but I had not done any IMPS transaction, just tried a recharge. In case of recharge failure, amount should be reverted back. I just want my money back and apology from ICICI bank for all the problems I have faced and the time I have wasted over this.
