ICICI Bank — Penalty and unauthorised deduction of amount

I have been charged a penalty amount of Rs 4817.83 instead of making payment of all EMI of 6 months and I have been informed by ICICI executive on call that I don't have to pay anymore EMI in nov and dec 22 but still it has been deducted from my account.
This is a fraud done by ICICI Bank employees and management
And even after reversal email received from customer service manager Priyanka collection department is calling me for penalty payment and their is a deduction of Rs 351 and Rs 24 on 30 mar and on 6 March 23 kindly ask them to refund unauthorised deducted amount and remove lien marked from my saving account.
And ask them not to send any penalty sms or calls as it's been reversed.
