ICICI Bank — personal loan against credit card

I have applied for personal loan against credit card. my installment has been generated and mentioned in my credit card statement. but i have not received loan amount in my account. why icici bank not provide my fund in my account. even i already told that i want fund immediately and why installment has been generated even amount not received
