ICICI Bank — personal loan approved but not disbursed

Hi,

It has been 10 days since i've applied for a personal loan and the current status is under process. However, i was conveyed that the amount has been approved and will be disbursed within 48 working hours.

The assigned relationship manager - nagaraj (N. [protected]@icicibank.com) is the most unresponsive person i've ever come across. Doesn't pick up the calls, doesn't reply to emails but messages that he is on leave and so is the entire loan department.

And moreover, i'm asked to share my documents to [protected]@gmail.com. I mailed to [protected]@icicibank.com to confirm the email address but no one replied.

Well, none of the email ids provided during the personal loan application process ever elicits a response. I noticed that someone else also had the same issue from the same person.
