ICICI Bank — Personal loan disbursed without consent.

Hi,
I applied for a personal loan of amount 2 lac last month.
Docs were collected from my office at vikhroli (Mumbai).
I got a call for the confirmation of the loan on 20th june 2016. When i got the call, i was waiting for alternative funds from my relatives,
So i told him (Name:sanjeev) to call in 30 minutes to confirm from my end, so that i could accept or reject the loan.

The confirmation never took place, i tried calling him multiple times on that landline number ([protected], sanjeev) but the call was never answered.

The very next day, i. E. 21st june 2016 i got a notification from icici that the loan was disbursed - lpnmu[protected] to my account (Acc no[protected]

I immediately went to the nearest icici loan processing branch in nerul, navi mumbai, who asked me to raise a complaint with customer. [protected]@icicibank.com.
Cc asked me to get in touch with rm puja chandra. After contacting her, i got in touch with sanjeev who had originally disbursed the loan. He agreed that i was right and offered to rectify the issue and would call me later. Nothing has happened, so an internal escalation was done within icici, here too, after i raised the complaint on 28th of june initially they asked me to wait till 4th of july but nothing has ever happened, its now the 8th of july with absolutely no action from icici, it seems that they are just bidding the time so that the emi is due which is just 1 day away ie. 10th of july, considering that this is now almost 8th july eod.
The only reason for the delay that they mention is that they are waiting for decision from senior management. Well its been 16 days since i lodged my grievance with icici, and yet its not yet time for them to have reached a decision?
This is worse than a state run bank if its indeed true!!!
The speed is amazing when they want to process the loan, but when it comes to cancelling a wrongly disbursed loan, even after i have pointed out for them to re-examine the audio file of the conversation between me and icici during the confirmation call, they have not done absolutely anything at all!

"We have looked into your concerns and found that we will need few more days to get back to you. Please accept our apologies for the delay.

We are looking into it and would respond to you with the status by July 15, 2016.

We appreciate your kind patience in the interim."

I really dont think they have any intentions of solving this issue. Making fun of the customers again and again.
