[Resolved] ICICI Bank — personal loan not credited to account.

My personal loan applications reference no. 69425165 was approved and i was also informed on 14 december 2017 that amount would be credited to my account by 15 december 2017. But till today i have not received any amount in account and nobody is ready to pick the call or resolve the issue. The crm (N. [protected]@icicibank.com) have not responded to my emails or calls even once. Absolute irresponsibility shown by the bank officials. No resolution even when i wrote to customer. [protected]@icicibank.com. If you are not able to resolve the issue please return back all my documents including the cancelled cheque and i have other options in the wide market. Thanks for the worst experience.
