Dear Sir,
I write this with great pain and look forward to your kind intervention. I had taken a personal loan from ICICI Bank quite sometime back and had been religiously paying my EMI. My majority of the EMI is over. But some very unfortunate incident stuck my family rendering my husband to fall sick and henceforth he could not continue his job. This resulted in our family income getting substantially reduced. From then on I could nor repay my loan. Therefore I had written to the concerned bank to settle of my loan with the amount that I could had arrange for as an onetime settlement. In this regards I had visited the branch, written emails with relevant documents to support my situation. This way was may be unacceptable to the bank though they never misbehave over the phone they constantly send over executives at my home. Today one executive breached all socially acceptable norms. He began shouting from the gate of my residential building, never bothered to maintain a bit of respect for my private and social life. This can be no solution to my problem. I am attaching the video of the employee of ICICI bank recorded in front of my building where he can be seen shouting in public making a mockery of my financial situation. I pray to your kind self to please do intervene and solve my case, I am ready to pay whatever little savings I have to clear of the loan, but I cannot take anymore loans to clear off the entire debt. I am also enclosing the email that I had sent to the bank officials.
