ICICI Bank — Credit card unfair bills and interest | |||||
Nightmare with ICICI credit card I asked for re-issue for credit card it never got delivered to the right address. I was charged 5432 for a card which was never issued correctly even after calling customer care a million times. Also after payment of the complete amount to save the credit history, again Rs 135 is charged not sure why. Worst experience of credit card by ICICI. The funniest part is even the bank branch is unable to help and asks to call customer care to settle down. feel cheated. Was this information helpful? | |||||
