[Resolved] ICICI Bank — PL marketing guys giving false promises | |||
Hi, I have received a call from icici regarding personal loan with interest rate 11.49%. So I have cancelled my PL application(12.75%) at hdfc bank n applied for icici PL on 27th jan. When I make a call to the contact to enquire about loan status, they used to tell that the loan gets disbursed in one day. Now they are telling that the loan got approved for 12.5%. Why icici marketing guys are playing with my needs n my cibil score? Who is responsible for this delay? Was this information helpful? | |||
