Ma'am, This is with reference to your reply dated 04/08/2016. I am highly obliged that you are finally processing the pmsby scheme for my two sb a/cs after constant emails since 05/06/2016. This shows your commitment and sincerity towards your work. May i know what actions you have taken against the people responsible for such a delay? You have wasted my time and efforts. Moreover, my sb a/c[protected] has already been enrolled on the pmjjy scheme. You have not deducted the renewal premium for the month may 2016 whereas last year the same was deducted. Note that my another sb a/c xxxxxxxx1572 is not to be considered at all. I am highly disappointed by the procedures and actions taken by your bank. This is not how a client is served. You need to lay down proper working criterias. I want the hard copy of the insurance of the current year as well as the last year. I am done with these conversations. This is my last mail to you.
