ICICI Bank — poor customer services | |||
I visited ICICI bank on 10.6.2015 and on 11.06.2015 branch Tikamgarh, MP, for collecting the amount of my recurring account. Both time I was told that due to server problem your transactions can not be completed.This is not for the first time.I seen mis management at several time.Poor sitting arrangement at branch for customer, dirty chairs, insufficient space compelled me to make a complain against the branch Kindly look into the matter and ask the manager to compensate my time and conveyance for repeated visits at the branch.
