[Resolved] ICICI Bank — poor loan services | |||
Hi, I am highly disappointed with the loan services of icici bank. I have been calling thrice everyday to know the update of my loan applied but haven't got any positive response. It has been a week since i approached the bank for the loan services but everyday they seem to make a fool out of me and patience. Ms. Anjali ([protected]) and mr. Rahul ([protected]) have been constantly postponing my request in spite of the fact that they have checked and verified all my documents. If this is the plight of the services, i will never get back to it again. I hope necessary actions are taken as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
