I am an account holder, share holder & Senior Citizen. Yesterday my wife & I (Both Senior Citizens) walked into the Mehboob Studio Branch at around 10.00AM in response to an SMS that was received by my wife regarding submission of KYC information in respect of the Safe Deposit Box held in our joint names. There were 6 executives near the Service counter and just one lady client. We stood there for a while, No one looked at us. No one welcomed us. No one even offered us a seat. One executive lifted his head and we told him that we want to visit the Vault. After some delay the Cashier locked up his cabin and then attended to us. We signed off and waited for the Forms For KYC for the Lockers. The Cashier resumed his position in his cabin and gave some instructions to some staff member, which were not audible and we waited and waited!! I then asked to see the Manager, I was told that he is away on some Seminar/Training. It was only then that some staff member very sheepishly went and fetched the KYC Forms. We are called "PRIORITY CUSTOMERS" God help the Ordinary Customers.
