My name is Rampati Bai. I am writing this lettter to complain you about the poor service provided by icici staff. Many times i get sms alert and calls for kyc update with my saving account. 4-5 times i visit to icici bank dei branch for kyc update. but the staff did not pay attention to update my KYC. i requested them but they refused and misbehaved with me. they all were busy in gossips and doing breakfast. After 4-5 times visiting icici dei branch i haven't gotten any resolution. my saving account linked to my current account
I hereby request to please resolve my issue as soon as possible or else I have to stop using your service with an unsatisfactory note. I am not going to pay KCC loan interest unless the problem is resolved.I
