[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — pos machine charges deducted from account, machine was surrendered a year ago

We have a current account in icici bank and till a year back we were using pos machine provided by the bank. We surrendered the machine on 09th september 2018 and after 14 months of handing over the machine to the bank our account was debited for rs.1178.82/-. Nobody is cooperating for the reversal of the amount. The bank executive told us that there was some amount which the bank forgot to deduct, so the bank debited that amount now.

We are not satisfied with the response of the bank, so seeking your help regarding the same.
