Sir icici merchant services not obeying rbi guidelines and cutting high charges on transactions... Complaint had been raised before 35days.. No action taken... Bank manager reply is that department is outsourcing n separate they r not giving proper reply to them... So please appoint someone who can take charges n see this matter personally...
