[Resolved] ICICI Bank — posdec charges levied without informing | |||
I saw my statement and noticed POSDEC charges 11 times each levied after every transaction. I was not informed about these charges. It's so unethical to loot money like this. I am their customer for 9 years and this is so disappointing. Firstly I didn't understand what are these charges for, on surfing, got to know these are hidden charges applied when transaction is declined. In my case it has been levied without any transaction failure. Today, I did only one transaction that too wasn't declined and I have been charged with POSDEC thrice. In total, they have deducted 330 rps of mine without informing. If they fail to revert the amount I am happy to have my account closed rather to support such an unethical loot.
