[Resolved] ICICI Bank — posdec chg' even when there is enough balance & even when I have not used my card. unethical charges. | |
I have seen many transactions & money got deducted from my account in the name of 'POSDEC CHG' since many years & i never noticed it. recently i have checked my statement & have seen this transactions with the name 'POSDEC CHG'. I have seen no bank charging this & i have recently made a purchase of 599 (not through my debt/credit card, in fact in the last 4/5 months i have never used my icici credit/debt card at all) & i have 2000+ amount in my account and there was 2 'POSDEC CHG' charges were applied on my account for this transaction how come this is happening. I never get proper answer from anyone in the icici bank. no proper answer from customer care & no proper answer from twitter. 1. why should any bank charge this ? 2. why did icici has deducted amount even when i have sufficient balance in my account ? 3. what is the extra effort icici is putting in when there is no sufficient balance and user did try to do a transaction ? No other bank has this charges. 4. How come POSDEC charges applied when i have not used my card at all? Was this information helpful? | |
