[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Pratibha lokhande employee

I opened a new account on the suggestion of a Ms pratibha lokhande who sits in dhole patil road branch in msy 2016.Submitted all documents that were required and everything was okay for 3 months. Suddenly my bank account name changed over nite!!! I was not informed by either text message or email or call that this account change happened and I could neither use the cheque book or transfer any funds from this account!!! When I contacted Ms pratibha lokhande she totally acted like I don't know anything about this and how come after 3 months this is happening. Instead of solving my problem she is back questioning me and on top of that she was so rude.Also as I noticed this problem on Friday evening not even the call centre was willing to help me.They totally denied accessing my account and advised me to go to the branch on Monday.I was supposed to beleft stranded the entire weekend!!! And all because of their fault!! I was not able to transfer funds, withdraw use cheque book!!!When I called lokhande again on Monday she failed to help me saying systems are down and never heard from her after that. Tried calling call center and they said they will call me back and never sorted my issue. My account us still on a wrong name .Additionally my account was not enabled for net banking by lokhande which ideally they shud have done at the time of account opening. I am now transfering my money to another bank and shutting ties with this fraud bank once and for all.The employees like pratibha lokhande are least bothered about customer concerns and want to sit on their chairs and warm it the whole day.That's all they want to do.If the management is readin this kindly take strict action against pratibha lokhande who has not only given worst customer service but not even bothered to solve the issue.I wil never recommend this bank to anyone
