[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — pre-closure money of personal loan without sharing terms and condition

Icici bank has taken around inr 43000 from me to close a personal loan. I asked them to submit terms and condition before disbursement of loan. I sent several messages through sms and whatsapp and asked them to send terms and condition. Mr. Amit mishra of icici bank did not send and disburse the loan with higher interest and pre-closing rate. I never sign the mii which is also not matching with terms and condition. Icici bank deducted money for loan protection insurance which is not mentioned in the mii. Icici bank told me if i close the loan, then i will not get any further loan. I received one more offer of personal loan from icici bank with lesser interest rate after closing the loan. I sent all hard copies through courier to mrs. Chanda and other officer of icici bank two times. I sent several mails more than 10 to all higher officer of icici bank. But they did not take any action and not return my money. I am requesting you to take appropriate action and arrange my money from icici bank, the loan account number is lpcal[protected]. The loan was disbursed on 13th oct, 2017 and i requested to mr. Amit mishra on same to close the loan. He did not share terms and condition after disbursement also. Mr. Amit mishra told me on 13th oct, 2017 that i have to pay only one month emi to close the loan. But he has taken pre-closing amount during closing of loan on 6th november, 2017. I raised first complain on 23rd nov, 2017 ('icicicare=[protected]') to icic bank. Icici bank did not provide any clarification against my query. Icici bank told me to go anywhere and arrange for refund by myself. The person who signed the mii on behalf of icic bank is not known to me and he never meet with me.
