[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Preclosure of Car loan

Hello,
I want to pre close my car loan which i took in 2019. I have been shifted to UAE and opened NRE & NRO account with ICICI only. I am requesting them for auto loan foreclosure but not getting any response. Last month I had visited India and I was told that you need to visit Bangalore branch for this pre closure. I sent an email to customer care to make the arrangement to close the loan by visiting the branch in UAE but no one is responding. Where the world is moving towards digitalization why bank is asking to fly and visit the local branch in India. Why no one is responding my emails. I am completely frustrate with this service as I am following up since 10 days. I am unable to call the customer care from my UAE number. Connected with UAE customer care but they told they cant help
