We were offered a balance transfer of home loan and home loan 2 by icici bank official mr. Milan raval and mr. Feroz khan from your dma, square capital advis in january 2017. The balance transfer was for a amount of rs. 32000000/= approx and we were promised that we will not have to bear any chargesl. There was no addition of loan, it was a full balance transfer. We were promised there is no prepayment charge or any hidden cost.in the month of february mr. Milan and mr. Feroz again approached us and said that there is a eligibility issue and they will have to add the incomes of my mother and my hufs. We were still promised there is no change in other conditions. Our loan was sanctioned on[protected] but we were not given or shown the sanction letter. My loan was closed with reliance home finance on[protected] at around 1 pm. But when we received the sanction letter, we were shocked to see mclr-1yr and we never realized that they have added my hufs as borrowers and not as guarantors. All previous banks have always considered my huf's income but they never added them as borrowers. We never realized that mr. Milan raval and mr. Ravi vazirani have cheated us to achieve their targets.

After a period of one year, icici bank refused to reduce our roi so we requested for foreclosure letter and lod but that was issued after a lot of trouble. But when we finally received our foreclosure letter, we were completely shocked to see a prepayment charge levied on my home loan top up account. We made several requests to their service team, nodal officer, internal ombudsman, mr. Ravi vazirani and mr. Milan raval, but all have given us standard reply and not done anything to check the truth and reverse the wrong charges.

We closed the loan on 20 april 2018 at the icici bank, prabhadevi, mumbai branch with the cheques from hsbc bank and our request letter to close the loan and refund of excess amount. We were assured that the prepayment amount can be waived with the approval and the cheques were accepted and cleared. Its been more than 4 months now but my loan has still not closed and icici bank has again started emi from june 2018.

We request you to kindly put the matter in public domain and help me recover my dues.

I have submitted all necessary papers and details regarding saving A/C opening to their representatives on 01/08/2018. They told me that account will be opened within 5/6 days. But yet account is not opened nor any communication is received. Very bad service. They are not taking my phone also. Please made it to corrective actions.
