[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Problems with bank's website | |||
Hi all I have been using ICICI Bank for all the financial transactions online and through debit cards.I was happy at-least that their website is working well when compared to the branch contact points (Usually Employees in front counters don't respect clients). But with the recent upgradation of their website posted many many issues. 1. Tried to transfer some money to ICICI-PPF account - there was no text box to fill the amount :) 2. Tried to register ISIP to a mutual fund AMC, there was no option like that. The website is so confusing right now. Its better if they consider going back to old style. Fed up with the website nowadays, would like to look for other reliable banker, if they continue with this poor website :( Was this information helpful? | |||
