ICICI Bank — Promotional offer code not received form ICICI bank

I have created pocket card with ICICI bank and for applying pocket physical card ICICI bank offering a brand new tanz headphone with shipping and handling charges INR399 but we need promotional code to redeem tanz headphone. So I have applied pocket physical card on 30 may 2015 and accoding to terms and conditions promo code should deliver me within 15 days but today is 20 june 2015 but no promo code received form ICICI bank and I am contacting to icici bank regularly but they not giving me sufficient answer and saying me you should receive pomo code as soon as possible I have registered my compalint with icici bank after reqesting many times and my compalint no. is SR[protected] and I am attaching my pocket physical card photo proof and physical card no. [protected].
