ICICI Bank — Providing Wrong Information

My account was debited last month and this month also, to get the information for the same I went to my home branch but there executive like SHILPA was giving me the wrong information and when I was trying to cross Question she was very rude to me, suddenly the duty branch manager NIRANJAN GUPTA poked his nose in between the conversation and to my utter shock he was also giving me the wrong Information. I wonder how these guys got the Job in such a reputed bank where so many smart and Intelligent people are still struggling for the Job. I never knew that this will happen to me, I have been the customer of icici bank since 4yr but these guys were treating me as I am a beggar.
