I HAVE BEEN CHARGED INR 750 APPROXIMATELY (370 APPROX EACH MONTH) FOR THE MONTH OF MAY AND JUNE 2015 AS CHARGES FOR NOT MAINTAINING THE MINIMUM BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT. THIS WAS ALL DONE WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION TO ME (NO SMS OR EMAIL FOR THE TRANSACTION). HOW CAN THE BANK CARRY OUT A TRANSACTION WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING THE CUSTOMER? I AM GOING TO CLOSE MY 8 YEARS OLD ACCOUNT WITH THIS FRAUD BANK NOW.
