ICICI Bank — Reactivation of Grid in New issued Debit Card

I am user of Current Account No.[protected]
having card no [protected] after issue of this new card on expiry
of old card New grids are disabled. On recommended SMS I did not get any reply.I have tried many times on phone but automated customer care no It does not connect to concern person.

Please help to resolve the problem
