ICICI Bank — Received a bill for the credit card which is not yet received | |||||
I was having a ICICI credit card having the number [protected]. There was a complaint from my end on a double billing to get a resolution for which you service provider had blocked the card. I was not told if the card is blocked the same card cannot be used. After the resolution when I asked your service provider to open the card he said that a new card will be issued. Here I clearly said the ICICI agent that I will accept the card only if the card is issued at free of cost. He conformed it is a free card. Now I have not received any card but still I have received a statement asking me to pay a joining fee which is not acceptable to me. This was clearly told to the ICICI verification officer when she contacted contacted me related to the card. Still I get a reminder to make the payment. ICICI should charge me for the card which I do not have. They should not deliver the card if chargeable. Was this information helpful? | |||||
