Today i got a mail, also an sms on my mobile which says : "dear customer, Greetings from icici bank. The card - atm / debit chip upgrade for your account xx0xxxx is ready to be shipped. We will notify you after it is dispatched from the local hub. Now get digital convenience with imobile app and internet banking. Access a host of services like generate pin, re-issue debit card, order cheque book, view/ download statements and much more. To know more, visit www.icicibank.com/bankdigital. Looking forward to more opportunities to be of service to you. Sincerely, Customer service team Icici bank limited" I have never requested for debit card upgrade. Why am i receiving this mail?
