[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Receiving bills for a unused and cancelled cc | |||
Hi team, I was informed that i will be given a cc and there will be no joining fees for the same, but later when i was delivered the cc i was asked to pay rs1000 as joining fees, therefore i called the customer care and asked to cancel the card. The respective person conveyed that he has successfully cancelled the card and i don't have to pay any fees. But few days later i have been receiving mails for icici bank ([protected]@icicibank.com) that "payment on your icici bank credit card account no 5241 xxxx xxxx 4009 is due on 02/06/2016. You may choose to pay the total bill amount of rs. 3842.45 or the minimum amount of rs. 680" I even called the customer care again and again and dinesh received the call but he or others are not willing to help and are very rude indeed which is not at all excepted from a reputed bank like yours.
