[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Recharge transaction not complete, done via [protected]@icic

Transaction details as follows:
Transaction id :[protected]
Transaction Date :[protected]
Withdrawal Amount : 719.00
Particulars : MPAY/UPI/TRTR/[protected]/ICIC/[protected]@/U

My recharge status is still incomplete and when I tried to call my airtel customer service for my incomplete recharge, they said there is no Transaction of 719 rupees on there side.
Please resolve this complaint, I have issues regarding samsung wallet and there recharge process.

There is not any step taken by company. There is 4 days of my transaction so my transaction amount is refunded. Service of icici bank is bad There hasn't a single email or contact done by them.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
