[Resolved] ICICI Bank — recharging my friend's jio number money deducted from my account but service not received

I recharged my mother's jio number through upi on 11:39 pm 4 july 2019. I was using the my jio application to recharge and i selected upi option and i entered my upi id i got a request on google pay app from indiaideas requesting for 498 and i allowed the transaction. The payment was successful. The amount of 498 was deducted from my account but her number wasn't recharged. I contacted the jio customer care i mailed them and they denied that they haven't received any payment from me. They asked me to wait for 3 days and said that the amount would be refunded by then but it's the third day and i still haven't received my refund. Kindly look into this matter as i'm just a student and 498rs is a lot for me. Thank you.
