[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Recurring deposit | |||||
I have an RD account in icici. The latest balance shown (deposit + interest) less than the actual balance as per their own detailed statement. When I sent email and complaint, they replied to check my browser and to check again. Next day they call again to say check again. Instead of doing any work or looking into it they are telling me to check and check again. I have been a long customer of iCICi and this is very frustrating. They can't even explain where they made a Mistake and why! Was this information helpful? | |||||
