Dear Sir/Madam,
My Recurring Deposit amount has been transferred to wrong beneficiary. Total amount is Rs.6248. Out of which Rs.4000 have been deposited to my account and Rs.2248 is still pending.
I have raised a complaint. I was frequently receiving calls from Chennia Office, and the time given to me was till saturday i.e.19th Sept. However, till date my money has not been transferred in my account.
How many times should I take follow up? You people never give proper response.
I want the remaining amount to be credited to my account today itself 22nd Sept. or else I would take further action against you.
