Hello,

We hold icici money multiper bond : 0399 mmb, in the name of s. Lakshmi bharathi.
Bond holder number : 5425 -401.
The redemption data was april 28th.
We have sent letter to change address and bank account details.
But the action regarding redemption was not taken, nor is a feedback provided regarding the status.

Even after multiple requests regarding the status since past 3months, we didnt receive any response from [protected]@icicibank.com and [protected]@icicibank.com.

I have never received my credit card but a balance of Rs 100 keeps on deducting from my account. Please deactivate all the services associated with my account.

I haven't received any response regarding the issue with redemption of icici 0399 mmb bonds.
