ICICI Bank — Redemption of SCICI Multi Option Bond

I had purchased SCICI Multi Option Bond. I want to redeem my bond but since SCICI is merged with ICICI so I inquired with ICICI Bank. I was informed that the amount is transferred to IPF Account and had told that they would not be able to pay my money back. I inquired to them for the procedure to claim my money but there to they did not help me. Please help me. My Warrant no is 573217 LOA Cert No is 73222 LOA Dist No is 74117, Warrant no is 573218 LOA Cert No is 73223 LOA Dist No is 74118 Amount paid on application is Rs. 10, 000/-
