    My registered mobile no is :[protected] I am unable to generate 3D secure pin for my credit card. I had linked my credit card with my internet banking. After entering the details, the OTP not sent to my mobile, Due to this I am unable to proceed further. Also if i sent email to icici customer care([protected]@icicibank.com), They are not even responding.
    ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    i have received a call from someone, they are asked debit card details and asking for OTP regarding to that debit card .And they have said that, to change mobile no for the credit card, they need OTP of debit card.
    Also i have asked to verify for authorized ICICI customer care, but he calls from [protected] . But he failed to tell address of me and such other.

      I have applied to ICICI Bank for home loan for a flat booked at RUNWAL-MY City(A-2401) Ref No.[protected]. Right from the beginning the agent assigned to us was unresponsive and sloppy. We got a new agent later(Vinayak) who has been really helpful. There were issues with the Third Party Agreement letter for which he guided us but the other officials namely- Satish Kotian and Paresh have been a pain to deal with. For last 2-2.5 months we have been following up but every time we get a rather sloppy response even after escalating the matter to Anand Dharmadhikari. Something or the other is always pending from their side and they have been highly unprofessional and non-cooperative. As a result, the loan payment is getting delayed. Because of their mistake we are afraid we will be penalised.

        Hello, There is negative amount of INR 23 Lakh posted in my Saving account of ICICI bank, ICICI bank says that I have taken loan and it was mapped to my account. I have no clue about this amount, why it is showing and how did it get to my account. When I asked about the details of loan the bank refused to provide any further details stating that it is saving accounts department and I have to personally visit a loan branch to get the details of the loan which I have not taken.Till day before yesterday everything was fine and there was no such amount posted. I am really clueless about it.Ideally bank should be able to put in a fraud request on the account on the slightest hint but I spoke to 5 different people and all of them said they are not sure, they will find out and keep on passing it to someone or other.I asked them not to release any amount out of account and put a freeze on it but customer service people says they don't know if they can do that. The whole attitude was very casual and not at re-assuring. I am not sure what to do really as there is hardly any information provided. I seriously need some assistance here, Please Help !!!         I have sent an e-mail, hope to hear from someone soon, if not then I have to escalate it to the Banking Ombudsman, along with a police complaint as I am not able to use my account for the past 3 days.. !!!
        As a further update on the case, I visited one of retail branch of ICICI bank in Chennai where I am currently posted. I got to know that there was a home loan from year 2010 in the name of some other ANUJ SHARMA for which the lien has been marked against my account. I am not sure what due diligence ICICI do before linking or marking a lien on a saving account for a debt but this is something which very shocking and surprising as I have never applied or taken any loan in my life.
        The Branch Manager at Chennai location was very helpful and has taken down a written complaint along with the ID proofs which according to him was addressed to the Home Loan division branch. Request you to please resolve this asap as I am not able to use any money out of it.I need help urgently as this is the only source of money for me and there is already so much of inconvenience.
        I do have few questions:1) What is the reason for marking this lien against my account? and how it was identified to be the correct one.2) Why there was no communication, written on verbal on this one, if at all my account was identified.3) Since this is an old loan from 2010, I am assuming ICICI have all the records along with the photographs of the person who applied for the loan, which can now be verified if someone has not paid attention earlier.This guy whose loan has been tagged to my account is from Gaziabad (Property address) and there is another Noida address on the file along with another person whose name is Swati Sharma. In my life I have never stayed in these two locations.

        Let me know what all you need from me and I will be happy to provide the required information.

          Sir My name is neeraj i recieved calls regarding loan from icici bank from last 7 years but i haven't take any loan from them. They asked me about ziyauddin but i don't know him. I told them so many times that i don't know him and this is my number so please don't disturb me but they don't when i said that i will file a complaint against you than they say you can proceed but we will still call you. please sir i have frustated from this please suggest me what should i do.
          My name is Komal rawat who has Icici credit card [protected] card for several years Five unauthorized transactions happened to my ICICI credit card on 12 jan 2014 in USA in a Grocery Shop Amount (Rs 13690) approx. The Credit card was with me all the time in Delhi and I never shared any details with anyone so when I received a call from customer care confirming about the 5 transactions in USA I refused and realized that card had been fraudulently used for purchase by some unknown person. Hence I blocked my card and raised a complaint service request (no. SR[protected] with the executive on which i was assured that they will do the investigation and asked my passport for the investigation. However, the problem remains that before doing anything I was sent a letter that the dispute had been resolved in favor of merchant. I tried reaching several executives a number of times via phone and mails, but there was no positive response .The entire episode has left me in a bitter taste and I am extremely disappointed with the pathetic services. I have been facing lot of mental stress, agony and immense loss of time and money due to this incident and even after making several requests no one is ready to give me positive response. It's been more than a year since I deposited my documents, my passport and wht not twice to the bank but till date no resolution. I request you to look into the matter as I have already tried writing a complaint but no reply. my credit card which has been blocked by the bank without any mistake of Mine. they have harassed my family and me making calls daily throughout the year which Is intimidation in other words .the loss that i could not avail the facility of the credit card During these 15 months .                       Dear Concern, This is to bring in your kind notice that I, my family and relatives are continuously harassed by ICICI Credit Card Recovery Agent from 18th April 2015. On 18th April my relatives got the call from a girl called Rubina (as per her she was calling on behalf of ICICI Bank), stating that " Wants to know my number as my account is getting freezed". Afterwards she calls my wife and when she asked why had she called my relatives it was told that is the Bank's Right to do so and when my wife argued on this point the agent abused and threatened her of calling my relatives again. Finally she got my number. I received call from her and politely I told her to call back between 5:30 PM - 6:00PM as I was busy in a meeting. She continuously called many times at 5:20 PM. I could not able to pick up the call as I was busy in my office then she called my wife and started abusing her. Today 20th April, I received her call at 10:46 PM, I inquired her that from where she has got my relative's number and to disclose her identity, she denied to give the information and when I insisted on the same she started abusing me and threatened to call my wife and all my relatives. Meanwhile my wife received call from her she was badly abused and threatened by the same agent. Kindly help us to resolve this issue on the urgent basis as I have checked with ICICI Bank site the have not got any customer complaint cell where I can send this complaint. The numbers from where we are getting calls are: [protected] & [protected]. Since last 4 days we are getting these types of harassment calls. It seems that bank has not directed them to follow the guidelines specified by the RBI or they have forgotten all the ethics. It seems they are not interested in getting payment rather they are just to harass people. Secondly they are not even disclosing their identity. I suppose if this is the case then we need to take legal action on causing mental stress to my family and kids. Note: I have got the recording of the call made to me.                         Money not dispensed but balance get deducted I am a customer of State Bank of India(S/B a/c-[protected]). On 21/04/2015 around 12:30pm hrs I had used ICICI Bank ATM(ATM 6th Cross snapfitness centre Kaggadasapura C V Raman Nagara Bangalore93) in for money withdrawal I was about to take cash but the power went off even the ups didnt work so i could not get the cash but the bank account is debited. I didn't get the money but my SBI account was debited. Please investigate and get it credited back to my SBI S/B account ASAP. The feedback says that ICICI delays this kind of complaints abnormally which is a concern to customers.

                          I received a call from electronic city Bangalore ICICI branch that delivery of card is getting is getting bounced and please provide the correct address . On asking about the details the call centre executive disconnected the call and not receiving since then . If a card is dispatched on my name I shoud know about the details coz this might end up as a forgery case . Please resolve the issue ASAP else provide me the the correct forum on which I can take this forward .

                                I started i wish account 2 months before and deposited 22000/- . but when i open i wish account for adding money, it shows some error like web page is not available. i was trying for last one month for adding money to my i wish account. So please do the needful.

                                  Dear Sir, This has been serious issue with ICICI Bank - Credit Card department . Currently I am having ICICI Coral Credit Card and there was a call from ICICI Credit Card person Mr . Sameer Khurana ([protected]) stating they are offering Signature Credit Card with waiver of fees . As required all necessary documents ID proof, Address proof, Company ID and photo was provided to the concern person and thereafter received verification call from ICICI bank verification dept. The documents were taken on 13/04/2015 through hard copy and photo through wats app as they required it urgently . Nearly 10 days has passed by but there is no response from anybody . I tried to call the Sameer but the cell is not reachable, the person who took my photo thru wats app (+91 [protected])is also not reachable . I think my documents are been misused by ICICI bank for other purposes . I called up Verification dept but they are not aware of this and told me that the concerned sales person will call me.                                   They asked for PAN Card and Adhaar Card Photos Through Mail and also asked for Signatures.

                                    march month bill I got interest 1500&fine approximately 400 rs. same thing I told to customer officer.He told me that he reduced 1900rs fine from my bill and he asked me to pay 6000 over due. as he said I paid the full amount what I have to pay.so march month bill I have cleared.. But in April month bill I got 2300 rupees extra bill. I asked customer care officer he was telling that now he will reduce the fine amount of 1700 rs. remaining 600 is fine for not paying fine. I don't know how they are working I paid full amount in march month itself. That I confirmed with customer care officer also.. But now u are asking interest on interest... please solve my problem...
