Thanks for your looking into the matter and reversal of non-maintenance of MAB (Monthly Average Balance) Charges of Rs.1807.98 on[protected].
But regret to inform you that I just received your mail on[protected] and on next working day, before I can take any step, on checking of my account for credit of the same, I come to know that "ICICIians are so concerned about the profitability of the ICICI that they again charged non-maintenance of MAB (Monthly Average Balance) Charges of Rs.158.32 with SMS charges of Rs.15/- on[protected].
Don't you think "it's a magic". After completion of working day or banking hours, I received mail for reversal of wrongly deducted MAB and on the same day bank has deducted the MAB again>
First of all I don't agree with your statement of "We would like to inform you that your aforementioned account is a "General Savings" account with Monthly Average Balance of Rs. 10, 000.00." Here I would like to know that from when you changed the status of this saving bank account? What action you will take Mrs.Shailaja Marri., on behalf of Office of Head Service Quality against the person who wrongly informed me "That you will enjoy this zero balance account even after payment for 15 months of Public Provident Fund?"
If the status was "General Savings" account from the beginning, then please note that I have never maintained a balance of more than Rs. 2000/- in this account. Then why you didn't deducted any amount towards MAB Charges and why wrongly deducted MAB Charges was reversed on[protected]?
Dear Shailaja Marri, I have received a date of[protected] for my last issue and here again the same problem has arise. Before 28-04-15, again bank will make my balance zero by way of MAB charges. At least give some time to customer to take a decision. IF YOU CAN'T ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, I can proceed for my next step.
It's my promise that I will pass my bad experience of opening PF account and this message on WhatsApp to as many people as I can "THAT NEVER BELIEVE IN THE FALSE PROMISES OFFERED BY ICICI STAFF OR EXECUTIVE OFFICER FOR THEIR ANY PRODUCTS".
This is your duty but I have to take out time from my office hours.
