I regret verymuch to note your service is very poor.On 3-1-2017 I have asked for the procedure to redeem Money Multiplier Bonds0399 MMB-Two which are due for redemption on[protected] as per the above details.Though it is more than a fortnight I am yet to receive the procedure details.I am verymuch unhappy at the indeference on your part.I never expected such neglence on yourpart.I request you to inform me the procedure atleast now.Thanking you, Chegu Ramachandra Vittal
